Today’s mother of the bride or groom is not the same as the customers we had 20 years ago, or even 5 years ago. Today’s mother is a sophisticated, stylish, vibrant woman who is young at heart if not also in years. She wants a gown that encompasses these traits, not some shapeless box to hide behind. “Wear beige and keep your mouth shut” may have been the philosophy in her mother’s day, but today, there are only three guidelines to remember when shopping for a mother’s gown:
  • Keep the formality of the event in mind
  • Coordinate color with the other mother and also take into account the bridesmaid colors.
  • Wear what you like and what flatters you!

Forget all you’ve heard about color, cut, and style. It’s impossible to upstage the bride on her special day, but don’t you think you deserve to look almost as good?

We carry Jade by Jasmine and Montage by Mon Cheri.
